Continuing our series of tips for coping with PMP, Dorothy from our support group shares this

Dorothy shares her coping tips with Pseudomyxoma SurvivorI am an advocate of deep breathing if I need to calm myself down and it helps me. doesn't cost anything and no side effects. If you need meds for now to help do it; you are going thru a lot at the moment. try to keep positive about as much as Dorothy shares her coping tips with Pseudomyxoma Survivorpossible and deal with things one at a time. Not that this will help in this case but I make lists of what needs to be done and stick to it. feel better when I can SEE what I have done for the day and know I DID it.
